Refund Policy
Our hair extensions can be Exchanged within 3 days of the receiving your order, provided:

  1. The extensions show no signs of having been worn, are in an "as new" condition and in the original undamaged packaging. The product must not show any signs of use.
  2. Are sent back to us via recorded delivery
  3. E-mail or phone us to let us know that an exchange is required;

As soon as we receive your set, we will exchange your clip-hair immediately. In each case we will hold $10.00 to cover for postage, administration & Credit Card charges.

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you wish to exchange your set for a different colour, please:

  1. E-mail or phone us to let us know,
  2. Send back to us via recorded delivery,
  3. Send clip –hair not forgetting to enclose your details ie. name /address/email/phone no/the name of the colour actually required

As soon as we receive your set we will immediately post out the colour ordered.
