What is the current make up look for this year?
The current look is soft and natural. Creating a beautiful make-up is simply the art of
A N L. The eyes are the main focus; drawing the attention to the eyes is created by the art of Eye -Lashes and making the lashes look long and luxurious.

I want my Eye-Lashes to be the feature of my face, how can that be achieved?
There are many ways to enhance your eye lashes.
We can add micro filaments before adding the final coat of mascara.
Tiny individual lashes can be attached to add a subtle look.
Eye Lash Extensions can be done by grafting lashes onto your own lashes.
They look amazing.! And lasts for 6-8 weeks.
Track Lashes are also known as strip lashes. Available in many different styles and lengths. The track lash is applied with latex glue to the lash line. If you wan the “wow” factor, I suggest having track lashes for your special day.
What preparation should I do to my face leading up to the wedding?
A N L suggests exfoliation to the face 3 times a week. Using a mild exfoliating treatment like “Derma New” This product will remove all the dead cells that are on the face, enabling the skin to look fresh and smooth. Make-up will apply to the skin surface beautifully after the skin has been exfoliated.
Apply a moisturiser nightly and a light day cream if you prefer.
See your beautician 4-6 months before your day for a consultation. Have a deep cleanse 3 weeks before wedding day. Assess you skin and have any blackheads removed.
Waxing should be done 7 days before your wedding. Have your eye brows shaped and be sure to tell your beautician not to double wax your eye brow area. This causes stress to the soft tissue. It may cause a bruise or blister to the area.
What is Airbrush makeup?
Airbrush Make-up is the application of makeup by using a tiny air gun and compressor.
Airbrush make up is specifically designed to look extremely natural, yet has the ability to out last any regular make up application.
Airbrush makeup is preferred by those people who love a no makeup feel to the face. It is soft natural application to the complexion, and can be applied to young or mature skin types.
What is the difference between Airbrush Make-up and Conventional make-up?
Airbrush Make-up is a more “natural look” to the complexion. Airbrush make-up will last for up to 16 hours. Airbrush make up is a preferred method of application if you are not use to wearing make up, or you dislike the look and feel of heavy foundations.
Conventional make-up is recommended if you require more coverage to the skin.
Conventional make up application will give you the best out come for your photographs if you need extra coverage on your face.
Airbrush makeup can also be used to cover burns and tattoos.
I never wear make-up, what do you suggest for my wedding day?
A make-up that is soft and natural. You will not feel comfortable in any thing over the top! Keep it soft yet elegant.
What style of make-up application is best for photographs?
Airbrush Make-up has the added advantage of being able to cover the décolletage whist having your make up applied. This gives you the added advantage of your photographs having a more even skin tone.
Style and design is best to be a tough more than normal. You loose 40% of make up on camera. Don’t go overboard with shimmers to the completion and body. It causes reflexion / high-spots issues on camera.
I want to look really glamorous for my big day, what do you suggest?
If you wan the “wow” factor, I suggest having track lashes for your special day.
Really you can’t beat the “look”.
Contact lenses can be worn with track lashes.
When should I book my pre-wedding trial?
We suggest having your make up trial approximately 5-7 months before your wedding day.
Your make up style should also have been decided. Time does not permit girls to arrive with no idea of what style they would like. We can advise you on a “look” that would suit your face.
Research by looking through magazines and web sites.
Arrive with 2 images you like.
